Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Mark Gruszynski combines advanced surgical training with a patient-centered approach that focuses on safety, precision, and natural results. He is known for his thoughtful attention to detail and commitment to helping each patient look and feel their best.
His goal is to create results that reflect balance, proportion, and confidence while maintaining the individuality of every patient.
Nataly Rabadi, RN
Laser and Aesthetic Specialist
Known for her precision and compassionate care, Nataly takes the time to understand every patient’s concerns and craft results that look natural and balanced. Her background in both nursing and aesthetics gives her a deep understanding of how to combine safety with artistry.
Nataly is a Registered Nurse and Certified Laser Technician with extensive experience in aesthetic and non-surgical treatments. She specializes in advanced laser therapies, injectables, and personalized skincare procedures designed to match each patient’s goals.
Nataly’s favorite part of her work is helping patients feel confident and cared for through every stage of their treatment.
Meaghan Olmstead
Practice Manager
Meaghan brings more than a decade of experience to Dr. Gruszynski’s practice, having worked in plastic surgery since 2011. As Practice Manager, she oversees daily operations and coordinates the patient experience from start to finish.
In addition to her leadership role, Meaghan is a Certified Laser Technician with hands-on experience in laser treatments, patient care coordination, surgery scheduling, and surgery center administration. Her broad background allows her to support patients through every step of their journey.
Dedicated to both patient care and practice excellence, Meaghan is passionate about creating a calm, informed, and supportive environment for every patient who visits the office.
